Terms of Service
Guidelines governing the manufacturing, supply, and partnership agreements between RRYZO and our global automotive partners.
Scope of Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the sale of automotive lighting products, accessories, and manufacturing services provided by RRYZO ("Supplier") to the purchasing entity ("Buyer"). By issuing a Purchase Order (PO) or engaging in OEM/ODM services, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms unless a separate written master supply agreement has been executed.
These terms apply specifically to B2B commercial transactions involving bulk procurement, custom manufacturing, and international export.
Orders & Customization (OEM/ODM)
2.1 Order Placement
All orders are subject to acceptance by RRYZO. A binding contract is formed only upon RRYZO's issuance of a Proforma Invoice (PI) or Order Confirmation. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply to all products and vary by SKU and customization level.
2.2 OEM/ODM Projects
For custom projects (Original Equipment/Design Manufacturing):
- Design Approval: Buyer must formally approve CAD drawings and technical specifications before mold opening.
- Sample Confirmation: Mass production begins only after the "Golden Sample" is signed off by the Buyer.
- Tolerance: Unless specified otherwise, standard manufacturing tolerances are ±0.1mm for assembly and compliant with ISO 2768-m.
Payment Terms
Standard Terms
30% Deposit via T/T upon order confirmation.
70% Balance via T/T before shipment or against Copy of B/L (for qualified partners).
Accepted Currencies
USD ($), EUR (€), CNY (¥)
Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight is accepted for orders exceeding $50,000 USD, subject to bank approval. All bank charges outside of China are the responsibility of the Buyer. Ownership of goods remains with RRYZO until full payment is received.
Shipping & Delivery
Incoterms: Unless otherwise agreed, standard terms are FOB (Free On Board) Shenzhen/Guangzhou or EXW (Ex Works) RRYZO Factory.
Lead Time:
- Standard Stock: 3-7 business days.
- Mass Production: 25-45 days depending on volume and season.
- Custom Tooling: 30-60 days for mold creation and testing.
RRYZO is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs clearance issues in the destination country, or shipping carrier logistics.
Warranty & Quality Assurance
12-24 Months Warranty
Covers manufacturing defects in materials (LED chips, housing) and workmanship.
RMA Process
Replacements for defective units >0.5% rate. Photos/video proof required.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modification, racing/off-road abuse (unless specified), or normal wear and tear.
Claim Procedure: Buyer must notify RRYZO of any defects within 7 days of receipt for visual defects, or within the warranty period for functional failure. RRYZO reserves the right to inspect defective parts before issuing credit or replacements.
Intellectual Property Rights
Buyer's IP: Any designs, logos, or specifications provided by the Buyer for OEM/ODM projects remain the exclusive property of the Buyer. RRYZO agrees not to sell, distribute, or display these specific designs to third parties without permission.
RRYZO's IP: RRYZO retains all rights to its core technologies, patents, base molds, and standard product catalog. Improvements made to manufacturing processes during the project remain the property of RRYZO.
